Hi! I'm Emily
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I believe vibrant health isn’t about perfection — it’s about clarity, structure, and support that fits your real life. In a world overflowing with confusing advice, my goal is to help you cut through the noise and uncover what your body truly needs. Through personalized nutrition and practical lifestyle guidance, I’ll help you simplify your path to feeling better — with confidence, balance, and lasting results.
My Story
Like many people, my own health challenges began early. For years, I cycled through doctor visits and tests, always hearing the same answer — “everything looks normal.” Deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.
So, I began exploring on my own — changing how I ate, simplifying what I used in my home, and looking for natural ways to feel better. After moving from the Midwest to Virginia in 2009, two books changed everything for me: Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver and The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan. Those stories opened my eyes to holistic health, food as medicine, and the power of local, seasonal eating.
Over time — and with a lot of trial, error, and learning — I resolved the digestive issues and related symptoms that had held me back for years. That experience inspired me to go back to school and become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner so I could help others do the same.
Today, I’m passionate about guiding others toward real, lasting health through a clear, step-by-step approach — starting with structure and building flexibility that fits real life. I know change is possible, because I’ve lived it — and I’m honored to walk alongside others as they create their own path to vibrant health.
