What the Real-Life Reset Looks Like

Your Real-Life Reset follows four+ intentional phases designed to support your body as it shifts into balance—one step at a time. Each phase builds on the last, helping you make progress that feels both effective and sustainable.

Phase 1: Preparation  (Gentle Detox – 2 Days)

We start by gently preparing your body for change. This short reset helps reduce inflammation, stabilize blood sugar, and clear space for your metabolism to respond to your personalized plan. You’ll learn foundational habits that set the stage for success.

 

Phase 2: Strict Conversion   (14 Days)

This is where we fine-tune your body’s metabolism and chemistry based on your personalized Metabolic Balance® nutrition plan. You’ll follow your custom food blueprint—designed from your lab values, health history, and goals—while I guide you with practical strategies, education, and check-ins to ensure everything feels doable and aligned with real life.

Phase 2+: Continued Conversion   (Goal-Dependent)

Once your body adjusts to its new rhythm, we focus on refinement— supporting your unique goals (whether it’s improved energy, weight balance, or better sleep), incorporating your favorite physical activities, and making gradual, sustainable progress.

Phase 3: Relaxed Conversion (Minimum 30 Days)

Here, we begin to expand and reintroduce more foods, listening to your body’s feedback as we go. There is more flexibility while learning to maintain the goals you've achieved and learning how the new systems and habits you've developed can fit into a vibrant, social, healthy life.

Phase 4: Maintenance  (Lifelong Tools)

This phase is all about long-term confidence. You’ll know exactly what works for your body—and why. You’ll learn how to confidently navigate social events, travel, and everyday life without losing balance or slipping back into old habits. Whether you need a gentle reset down the road or ongoing accountability, you’ll have the tools and understanding to maintain your results for years to come.

    Behavior Change + Accountability


Regular coaching sessions (a minimum of 6 total) keep you focused, supported, and encouraged while we troubleshoot challenges and celebrate wins along the way. Beginning in Phase 2+, you’ll also have quick weekly goal check-ins to help you stay consistent, track progress, and make small, steady adjustments that add up to lasting change.
